Bruce Douglas Bochy (/ ˈ b oʊ tʃ i /; born April 16, 1955) is an American professional baseball manager and former player who is the manager of the Texas Rangers of Major League Baseball (MLB). During his playing career, Bochy was a catcher for the Houston Astros, New York Mets, and San Diego Padres.

Nov. 2023 · The legendary manager of the San Francisco Giants and San Diego Padres won his fourth World Series ring with the Texas Rangers in 2023, joining Joe Torre and Walter Alston with four rings. He is the only manager with four rings from multiple teams and the only one with four rings from the Rangers. He is also the only one with four rings from the ALCS.
