Sept. 2022 · Can't Buy A Thrill, Countdown to Ecstasy, Pretzel Logic, Katy Lied, The Royal Scam, Aja and Gaucho will be released as double 45rpm UHQRs priced at $150 per copy (limited to 3 per customer). All of these will be pressed at Quality Record Pressing. Can't Buy A Thrill will be available November 4th. All titles are available now for pre-order.
The series kicked off on Nov. 4, 2022, with the album that started it all, Steely Dan’s legendary 1972 debut LP, Can’t Buy A Thrill, for its 50th anniversary year, featuring the band’s breakthrough hits, “Do It Again,” “Reelin’ in the Years,” and the recently viral “Dirty Work,” with original lead vocalist David Palmer.
