Not too much is known about Cee Farrow. He started off as a model, was a graphic designer (including this album) and a songwriter. I stumbled upon this album purely by the sleeve alone. It just screams early 80's New Wave, and I'm glad to say my purchase was not in vein. Thing start off with "Don't Ask Why".
