During the mid-1980s, he and his accomplice, British Hong Kong-born Charles Ng, raped, tortured and murdered an estimated eleven to twenty-five victims at a remote cabin near Wilseyville, California, in the Sierra Nevada foothills, located 150 miles east of San Francisco.

29. Juli 2022 · Charles Ng, a former Marine and a Hong Kong resident, was convicted of killing six men, three women and two baby boys in 1984 and 1985. He and his partner, Leonard Lake, tortured and murdered their victims in a secret bunker in the Sierra Nevada woods. The court found him guilty and sentenced him to death by lethal injection. He was extradited from Canada in 1985 and died in prison in 2018.
