This is a first recorded collaboration of Karin Krog and her partner John Surman. It is a beautiful mixture of John Surman's lyrical, etherial sound and Krog's half-husky voice. 30. Aug. 2019 · In fact, Surman plays soprano, bass clarinet, etc., but is usually heard as part of a wallpaper-like synthesiser-dominated background. We hear him to good purpose on soprano in Cloud, but rarely elsewhere does he appear in an effective individual role.
