Dee Dee Ramone I.C.L.C. (Inter-Celestial Light Commune) was an American punk rock group featuring Ramones bassist Dee Dee Ramone. [1] History. The band was formed by Ramone and Carco in 1994 in New York City.

I Hate Freaks Like You is the second studio album by Dee Dee Ramone, released under the name Dee Dee Ramone I.C.L.C. It was released in Europe in 1994 through World Service, a sublabel of Rough Trade Records. German singer Nina Hagen guests on two of the album's fourteen tracks.

In 1992, Dee Dee formed another short-lived project named Dee Dee Ramone and the Chinese Dragons, which was followed by the most successful of his post-Ramones projects, a group named Dee Dee Ramone I.C.L.C. (Inter-Celestial Light Commune), which lasted from 1994 to 1996.
Dee Dee Ramone I.C.L.C. (Inter-Celestial Light Commune) was a three-piece band formed by Dee Dee Ramone and John Carco in New York City in 1994. After several live shows and drummers, the band relocated to Amsterdam to record for World Service, a sub label of Rough Trade Records GmbH.
Dee Dee Ramone (eigentlich Douglas Glen Colvin; * 18. September 1951 – nach eigenen Angaben und anderen Quellen 1952 – in Fort Lee, Virginia; † 5. Juni 2002 in Hollywood, Kalifornien) war ein deutschamerikanischer Musiker, Songwriter, Buchautor und Maler.
