Diana Dors (born Diana Mary Fluck; 23 October 1931 – 4 May 1984) was an English actress and singer. Dors came to public notice as a blonde bombshell, much in the style of Americans Marilyn Monroe, Jayne Mansfield, and Mamie Van Doren. Dors was promoted by her first husband, Dennis Hamilton, mostly in sex film-comedies and risqué modelling.
Diana Dors was a British actress who starred in many films and TV shows, from Oliver Twist (1948) to Steaming (1985). She was known for her sexy roles and her tragic death from cancer at age 52.

Biography. Diana Dors was an English actress, born Diana Mary Fluck on October 23 1931 in Swindon, Wiltshire (England). Physically and socially mature for her age, Dors became a pin-up girl at age 13. She lied to the photographers and later directors, claiming that she was 17. Her first fling at the camera was in The Shop at Sly Corner (1947).
