Richard Wayne „Dick“ Van Dyke (* 13. Dezember 1925 in West Plains, Missouri) ist ein US-amerikanischer Fernseh- und Filmschauspieler, Entertainer und Komiker. Weltbekannt wurde er durch seine Hauptrollen als Schornsteinfeger Bert in Walt Disneys Mary Poppins (1964) sowie als Caractacus Potts in Tschitti Tschitti Bäng Bäng (1968).
Van Dyke has received various awards, including a Grammy Award, four Primetime Emmy Awards, and a Tony Award. In 1961 he won the Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his performance in Bye Bye Birdie. In 1964 he won a Grammy Award for Best Children's Album for Mary Poppins.
