Didier Dinart (born 18 January 1977) is a French retired handball player and current coach of US Ivry Handball. [1] During his playing days, he played for the internationally renowned BM Ciudad Real handball team in Spain (where he was partner to, among others, Luc Abalo ).
Didier Dinart, né le 18 janvier 1977 à Pointe-à-Pitre en Guadeloupe, est un ancien joueur international français de handball, champion du monde comme joueur puis comme entraîneur. Évoluant en début de carrière au poste de pivot, il s’est peu à peu spécialisé dans les tâches défensives au point d’avoir été longtemps considéré comme le meilleur défenseur au monde.

BIOGRAPHY. Didier Dinart was born in Guadeloupe and as a teenager looked up to the likes of Jackson Richardson. It was in a bid to follow in Richardson’s footsteps that he jumped on a plane, aged 16, to join Dijon in pursuit of a handball career in mainland France.
