Though she reached a significant amount of success in the ‘60s alongside her husband, fellow musician Ike Turner, she was just getting started.
26. Apr. 2024 · Tina Turner was inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991 along with her then-husband Ike Turner. However, she also received a solo induction in October 2021 for her work as a solo artist. In the ceremony, Tina was inducted by Angela Bassett who portrayed her in the 1993 film What's Love Got To Do With It?.
