Norris is widely known for his role as Detective Edward Norris on HBO's hit television series, The Wire (2002-2008) as well as the investigator in the movie Jack the Ripper in America (2009). Norris became a published author in 2017 with the release of his hardcover book, Way Down in the Hole.
