Nach einem längeren Rechtsstreit formierte Bev Bevan 1990/1991 ohne Jeff Lynne [1] das Electric Light Orchestra Part II (gleichnamiges Album im Jahre 1991), kurz ELO Part II, mit bescheidenem Erfolg. Mit Moment Of Truth veröffentlichten ELO Part II 1994 ein weiteres Album, doch auch hier blieb der große Erfolg aus.
Electric Light Orchestra Part Two is the debut album by ELO Part II, released in 1991. In March 1991, lead single "Honest Men" charted at number 60 on the UK Singles Chart, and 36 on the Dutch Top 40 chart. The track "Kiss Me Red" is a cover of the theme to the short-lived TV series Dreams.

ELO 2 (First light Series) is an expanded 30th Anniversary edition of Electric Light Orchestra's second album. The second in the EMI First Light Series released in 2003 to mark the album's 30th anniversary. The first five tracks comprise the original ELO 2 album.
