Ein Hod ( Hebrew: עֵין הוֹד) is a village in Haifa District in northern Israel. Located at the foot of Mount Carmel and southeast of Haifa, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hof HaCarmel Regional Council and has the status of community settlement. In 2022 it had a population of 664. [1]

En Hod (hebr. עין הוד, auch Ein Hod) ist ein Künstlerdorf an den westlichen Abhängen des Karmelgebirges im nördlichen Israel.
Currently it is the only artists’ village in Israel (one of a few in the world), home for people who make plastic art, music, literature, and theater. The communal aspects of life are managed by a General Assembly and an Executive Committee, elected every 2 years.
By perseverance and vision gradually transformed Ein Hod into the only artists' village in Israel, one of the few in the world, where artists live and create in every artistic media from the visual arts, to theater, music and literature.
The Ein Hod Artists Colony lies in the heart of the Carmel Forest, just south of the city of Haifa – a wonderful village with windy streets, phenomenal vistas, and loads of little art galleries, mostly within the homes of residents.
