Swiss Tour (or Four Days Leave) is a 1949 American-Swiss drama film directed by Leopold Lindtberg and starring Cornel Wilde, Josette Day and Simone Signoret. It marked the film debut of Liselotte Pulver who went on to be a major star of German cinema during the following decade.

Die Uraufführung fand am 29. November 1949 im Zürcher Kino Rex statt. In der Westschweiz lief Swiss Tour am 15. Januar 1950 in Genf an. Die amerikanische Erstaufführung erfolgte am 22. März 1950 (in Hollywood) unter dem Titel Four Days Leave. Diesen Titel trug der Streifen auch bei seiner Londoner Premiere am 7. November 1950.
Cornell Wilde serves as "box office insurance" in this Swiss-filmed romantic comedy. Wilde plays American sailor Stanley Robin, who while vacationing in Switzerland falls in love with Suzanne (Josette Day), the daughter of a local watchmaker. Their romance is threatened by the arrival of French femme fatale Yvonne (Simone Signoret).
