Frances Lloyd George, Countess Lloyd-George of Dwyfor, CBE (née Stevenson; 7 October 1888 – 5 December 1972) was the mistress, personal secretary, confidante and second wife of British Prime Minister David Lloyd George.

Born Frances Louise Stevenson in 1888; died in 1972; daughter of John Stevenson; educated at Clapham High School and Royal Holloway College, London; married David Lloyd George (1863–1945, a Liberal politician and prime minister ), in 1943; children: (earlier marriage) Jennifer (b. 1929).
Before long, a close relationship was struck up between her and David Lloyd George, one which was to all purposes another marriage. While Dame Margaret was in Cricieth, Lloyd George found companionship and comfort with Frances. In 1929 Frances had a daughter, Jennifer Mary.
