Lady Frances Villiers (née Howard; ca.1633 – 30 November 1677) was an English noblewoman and a governess to the future Queens Mary II and Anne. Frances was the youngest daughter of Theophilus Howard, 2nd Earl of Suffolk, and his wife, the former Lady Elizabeth Home (daughter of George Home, 1st Earl of Dunbar).
Frances died at Cheltenham on July 25, 1821 and was buried in the Villiers family vault at Middleton Stoney, Oxfordshire. Following her death the executor of her will, Lord Clarendon was instructed to burn her papers, including a large number of letters from George IV.
