Yoshihiro Francis Fukuyama (* 27. Oktober 1952 in Chicago, Illinois) ist ein US-amerikanischer Politikwissenschaftler. Francis Fukuyama is a senior fellow at Stanford University's Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies, a faculty member of its Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law, and a professor of Political Science. He is also the author of The End of History and the Last Man, Identity: The Demand for Dignity and the Politics of Resentment, and Liberalism and Its Discontents, among other books.
