Frederick Alexander Shero, nicknamed The Fog [1] (October 23, 1925 – November 24, 1990) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player, coach, and general manager. He played for the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL), but spent most of his playing career in the minor leagues.
