Eine erste Vorstellung erfolgte im September 2019 im Rahmen des UrbanWorld Film Festivals, wo er als Abschlussfilm gezeigt wurde. Der Film lief am 25. Oktober 2019 in den US-Kinos an. Er startete in Deutschland am 14. November 2019.
Die Musik schrieb Geoff Zanelli. Das Soundtrack-Album mit insgesamt 30 Musikstücken soll am 21. November 2023 von Netflix Music als Download veröffentlicht werden. Die Montage verantworteten Joseph Titone und Patrick Voetberg. Ein erste Preview wurde am 14. Juni 2023 am Festival d’Animation Annecy vorgestellt.
