Story. Nickotai (Danny Kaye) needs an eye test and is the first patient of ‘eyetestometist’ Henry Groper.
A minor short comedy starring forgotten comedian Charles Kemper, who plays a clumsy newly-qualified 'eyetestomerist' whose disapproving potential father-in-law gives him 30 days to find a patient if he wants to marry his daughter. The film is notable only for featuring an early appearance from Danny Kaye six years before he ventured into features.

The humor is supposed to be in Kaye's dialect as he is being tortured by the doctor. I was appalled by the entire film.
