Die Kämpfe haben die Ästhetik einer Kneipenschlägerei, die Figuren sind grobe (und ungewollte) Parodien und da man (ACHTUNG! SPOILER!) die Marsgeister nicht töten kann, ist das Finale, und somit der Film ziemlich sinnlos. Interessant ist das Making-of der DVD, dass eine Menge Details von dem Trash-Dreh offenbart.
