  3. The Golden Sword Review by Scott Yanow. This sadly out of print LP (a Pacific Jazz release last put out by Discovery in 1984) has long been considered a classic. Bandleader-arranger Gerald Wilson has always been a great admirer of bullfighters, and the powerful "Carlos" from this album became a permanent part of his repertoire.
