Graham Harold Galbraith CBE (born 16 October 1960) is a British academic and administrator who has served as Vice-Chancellor of the University of Portsmouth since September 2013. He previously served as Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hertfordshire and Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) of the Glasgow Caledonian University .
Professor Galbraith joined the University of Portsmouth in September 2013. Previous to this he had held the sole Deputy Vice-Chancellor role at the University of Hertfordshire since 2008 and the role of Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) at Glasgow Caledonian University which he joined in 1993.

Professor Graham Galbraith, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Portsmouth, has been awarded a CBE in the New Year Honours list. He was awarded the honour for services to Higher Education.
