Guy Forget (French: [ɡi fɔʁʒɛ]; born 4 January 1965) is a French tennis administrator and retired professional player. During his career, he helped France win the Davis Cup in both 1991 and 1996. Since retiring as a player, he has served as France's Davis Cup team captain.

Guy Forget, né le 4 janvier 1965 à Casablanca, est un joueur de tennis français, professionnel de 1982 à 1997. Après sa carrière sportive, il a notamment été capitaine des équipes de France de Coupe Davis et de Fed Cup , et directeur du tournoi de Roland-Garros .
Guy Forget was a serve and volley specialist, who reached a career-high World No. 4 (25 March 1991) in singles. He helped France win Davis Cup titles in 1991 and 1996 and he won 11 singles titles from 19 finals. An elegant left-hander, he reached two Roland Garros doubles finals in 1987 (w/Noah) and 1996 (w/Hlasek).
