  6. Guy Mitchell, der mit bürgerlichem Namen Albert Georg Cernik heißt, war Popsänger, Moderator und Filmschauspieler. Als Sohn jugoslawischer Einwanderer kam er 1938 in die USA. Im Jahr 1950 gewann er den Nachwuchswettbewerb Arthur Godfrey‘s Talent Scouts und wurde daraufhin von Mitch Miller entdeckt. Dieser gab ihm den Künstlernamen Guy Mitchell.
