11. Mai 2024 · According to a Deadline report, the Loki star will play Sir Edmund Hillary, the New Zealand mountaineer who became the first climber to reach the Everest summit alongside Tenzing. The film comes from Peedom, who already has the exclusive rights to tell Tenzing’s story through his family and also shares a close relationship with the Sherpa community, after directing 2015’s Sherpa.
