Seyyed Hossein Nasr is one of the most prolific Muslim scholars of modern times. Few writers have had as wide an appeal in both academic and non-academic circles as Nasr, who has long been recognized as an authority in a variety of disciplines from Islamic philosophy, science and mysticism, to comparative religion and the ecological crisis.
