Howard Everest Hinton FRS [1] (24 August 1912 – 2 August 1977) was a British entomologist and Professor who studied beetles . Education and early life. Howard Hinton grew up in Mexico and attended Modesto Junior College [2] and the University of California, Berkeley as an undergraduate.
