History of the School. Ibstock Place School has an incredibly rich history dating back to the late 1800s. Founded on the educational principles of Fredrich Froebel, which were considered radical for his day, emphasis on the learning experiences of young children and engendering free thinking are still central to our School ethos today.
Founded in 1894, Ibstock Place School is an independent co-educational day school for pupils ages 4 to 18. Combining a London location with a botanical, eight-acre side adjacent to Richmond Park, it is the perfect setting for pupils to learn, explore and grow together.
