Details. The Heritage Center of Dickinson County, 412 S. Campbell, Abilene, is hosting the Ida Stover Eisenhower Quilt Show from March 11 through March 24. Numerous vintage and new quilts will be on display. The Heritage Center will be open on weekdays and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
