Just can't remember the name of the movie. The two guys are out in a boat and the one guy is rich/affluent and the other guy is a no body and he kills rich guy and steals his identity? I really thought it was Leonardo Dicaprio but I can't find it on his IMDB. Had tons of commercials on tv back in the 2000s iirc
