  4. ABOUT. Palmer was born and raised in New York city and got her BFA from School of Visual Arts. Currently she lives and works in Los Angeles. She is a member of the Los Angeles Art Association and Women Painters West. Her paintings have been exhibited in New York and Los Angeles and is held in private collections in the U.S. as well as Europe.
