Inessa Armand hat ihre Thesen zur Frauenfrage nicht publiziert. Nach einem Leben für die Partei – „Straßenpflastern ist sicher leichter“, sagte sie einmal zu ihren Töchtern – , ist sie 1920 im Kaukasus an der Cholera gestorben.
