6 x 30 minute episodes. This six-part BBC comedy/thriller featured Jewish private detective Bernie Weinstock (Dick Emery) and his Cockney partner Norman Lugg (Tony Selby) in a search for a hoard of diamonds that were hidden in Holland during the Second World War.
Back home, Oliver and Helen are at an art gallery, where one of the paintings gives Oliver an idea of where the diamonds are. But none of the gang realize just what danger they are all in, with Bernie and Norman's search leading them to a remote castle in Bavaria.
