James Brand Pinker (1863 – February 8, 1922) was a literary agent who represented James Joyce, Joseph Conrad, Henry James, Stephen Crane, H.G. Wells, D.H. Lawrence and many of the other leading British and American writers of the age.
New Zealand musician and arts curator. Pinker's first bands were The City Slits and The Superettes who came out of the Auckland punk scene of the late 1970s. The latter mutated into The Features and then Fetus Productions.
