The domaine was founded in 1830 by Guillaume Roulot, and has 16 hectares (40 acres) of vineyards. it is led by Jean-Marc Roulot, who produces organic wine since 1989. The 1973 vintage of Roulot's white premier cru wine Meursault Charmes was ranked second in the historic Judgment of Paris wine competition.

März 2020 · Ansonsten ist alles wie üblich bei Jean-Marc: Bioanbau, manuelle Ernte, Sortiertisch, Spontangärung im alten Holzfass, anschließend Ausbau auf der Hefe im Barrique und im Stahltank, ungeschönt und unfiltriert abgefüllt. Wie praktisch bei allen Burgundern wurde auch beim Roulot-Bourgogne der biologische Säureabbau zugelassen.

Jean-Marc Roulot is a French actor and writer, born in 1955 in Beaune. He has appeared in films such as Back to Burgundy, You Will Be My Son and Diplomacy, and TV shows such as Call My Agent! and Tatort.
