Jimmy Cauty ist seit den 80er Jahren Musiker der Londoner Rockpop und Independent Musik Szene. Er gründete mehrere Lables, unter anderem KLF Communications und Blast First. Als Grafiker und Künstler arbeitete er zunächst für Buchverlage.
