Joaquim dos Santos (* 3. Juli 1961 in Viqueque, Portugiesisch-Timor), Kampfname Boroluli, ist ein Politiker und Hochschullehrer aus Osttimor. Er ist Mitglied der Partei FRETILIN. Werdegang.
