Joe Osborn (1937-2018) was an American bass guitar player who played on thousands of recordings and hundreds of hit records in pop, country and rock genres. He was a member of the Wrecking Crew and the A-Team of studio musicians, and worked with artists such as Ricky Nelson, Neil Diamond, the Carpenters and Kenny Rogers.
