John Heminges [a] (bapt. 25 November 1556 – 10 October 1630) was an actor in the King's Men, the playing company for which William Shakespeare wrote. Along with Henry Condell, he was an editor of the First Folio, the collected plays of Shakespeare, published in 1623. He was also the financial manager for the King's Men.

John Heminges was a fellow actor, shareholder and colleague of Shakespeare, who left him a mourning ring in his will. He also co-edited the First Folio of Shakespeare's plays with Henry Condell in 1623.
