Jonas Jägermeyr (* 1983 in Berlin) ist ein deutscher Schauspieler und Wissenschaftler. Jonas Jägermeyr is a senior scientist at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) and a guest at the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies and Columbia University. He studies food systems and global food security, and leads the agriculture sector in AgMIP, a cross-sectoral model intercomparison project, and AgGRID, a global crop model intercomparison project.
Jonas Jägermeyr is an associate research scientist at the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies, The Earth Institute at Columbia University, and the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research. He studies food systems and global food security using global mechanistic crop models and AgMIP initiatives, and he explores the impacts of climate change, extreme weather events, yield forecasting, and geoengineering on agricultural systems.
