Joseph Rucker Lamar (* 15. Oktober 1857 in Ruckersville, Elbert County, Georgia; † 2. Januar 1916 in Washington, D.C.) war beigeordneter Richter ( Associate Justice) am United States Supreme Court. Joseph Rucker Lamar (October 14, 1857 – January 2, 1916) was an Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court appointed by President William Howard Taft. A cousin of former associate justice Lucius Lamar , he served from 1911 until his death in 1916.

The Senate confirmed the appointment on December 15, 1910. Lamar served on the Supreme Court for five years. He died on January 2, 1916, at the age of fifty-eight.
