Rowe was signed as a free agent by the New England Revolution on December 4, 2019. Rowe was traded to the Seattle Sounders on January 12, 2021. He scored his first goal for the club on July 7 against the Houston Dynamo. He was released by the Sounders at the conclusion of the 2023 season.

He played in every match last year and scored one goal and three assists for the Sounders. He is a versatile player who has 30 goals and 45 assists in 274 career regular-season appearances.
