Yang Xiao is Associate Professor of Philosophy at Kenyon College. Prof. Xiao received his BA in theoretical physics, MA in philosophy from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and PhD in philosophy from the Graduate Faculty of The New School for Social Research.

Through literary study and creative writing, the Department of English at Kenyon College educates students about the connections among language, thought, society, and culture. Our teaching and writing are founded on literatures in English from around the world, past and present.
