Kitty Harris - Biography. Kitty Harris (May 25, 1899–1966) was a Soviet secret agent. Born to a poor Russian Jewish family in London that emigrated to Winnipeg, Canada, she became a dedicated socialist, active in the Industrial Workers of the World and a leader of the 1919 Winnipeg General Strike.
