Koçi Xoxe (pronounced [ˈkɔtʃi ˈdzɔdzɛ]; 1 May 1911 – 11 June 1949) was an Albanian politician who served as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior of the People's Socialist Republic of Albania.
Vom 23. März 1946 bis zum 3. Oktober 1948 war er Vizepremier sowie Innenminister der Volksrepublik Albanien und kontrollierte damit die Geheimpolizei Sigurimi. Xoxe war Anhänger der pro-jugoslawischen Fraktion in der PKSH und unmittelbar nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg einer der einflussreichsten Politiker Albaniens und Hauptrivale Enver Hoxhas.
