It was from the local drum shop and it was far too big for me. I couldn’t reach the pedals. It was a five-piece kit - one cymbal, hi-hat and that’s what I learnt on, all the way until I was about 18. Then I got a Yamaha kit after that.
Am 24. Mai 2013 wurde Leon Cave, der zuvor bereits in Francis Rossis Tour-Band mitgewirkt hatte, als neuer Schlagzeuger bestätigt. 2013 erschien ein Kinofilm unter dem Titel „Bula Quo!“, der ab April 2012 gedreht wurde. Regie bei „Bula Quo!“ führte Stuart St. Paul.
