21. Sept. 1999 · CPR released as their second record an equally excellent two-CD live concert recorded in November 1998 at Los Angeles' Wiltern Theatre. In his liner notes, Samson Records owner Norman Waitt, Jr. refers to the palpable joy that emanated from the stage that night, and most of that joy translates to this almost celebratory-like recording as well.

The best songs from their debut "CPR" (1998) album are played in sometimes improved versions. There are also songs that Crosby previously performed with The Byrds, CSN, CSNY and his solo career. As live records go, this one's a keeper. Quite probably Crosby's most focused in-concert recording outside the CSNY Mothership. And the set list covers just about every phase of Croz's storied career: Material ranging from Byrds, CSN, CSNY, Crosby-Nash, solo LPs, and CPR, all sounding sharp and of-a-piece as delivered by this crack band.
