Los Bravos were a Spanish beat group, formed in 1965 and based in Madrid. They are most well known for their debut single "Black Is Black" which reached No. 2 in the United Kingdom in July 1966 and No. 4 in the United States (the first Spanish group to do so), selling over a million records worldwide.

13. Feb. 2022 · Der legendäre Mallorquinische Musiker Miguel Vicens, der als Bassist der Band Los Bravos den Welthit „Black Is Black“ von 1966 mitgestaltete, ist im Alter von 78 Jahren gestorben. Er erlag einer Lungenentzündung, nachdem er 2019 ein Revival der Band mit anderen Musikern organisiert hatte.
