    Episode 1/2

The eighteen new chefs arrived at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas as Ramsay wanted them to see the first official Hell's Kitchen Restaurant. Marino greeted the chefs at the front doors and took them inside the restaurant, with Marc feeling pumped to compete as it was a dream for a person like himself to come from the South Bronx to be one of the eighteen chefs in the competition. As the chefs drank champagne, they got to know each other. Eventually, Ramsay came in, explained that the Hell's Kitchen Restaurant was built on the show's eighteen-season legacy, and revealed that it was one of the highest-grossing restaurants in America. Ramsay revealed that he brought them to the restaurant for inspiration because the winner of that season would become the Head Chef at the brand-new Hell's Kitchen Restaurant in Lake Tahoe. Ramsay admitted that they would not be competing in the real Hell's Kitchen restaurant due to the demand, so they would be going to Los Angeles to compete. The chefs returned to the bus to head to the airport as Marino handed out the tickets, and once arriving at the strip, they see a helicopter revving up, with Ramsay taking it and flying off. After some time, the chefs were called in for boarding, but as the chefs walked through the doors, they found themselves standing inside the restaurant. Then, Ramsay appeared in his chef jacket, revealed that for the first time in the show's history, Hell's Kitchen would take place in Las Vegas and had some performers do some shows for the chefs. While the chefs could not do any of the tricks they saw, they reaffirmed that they could indeed cook to Ramsay. After seeing that Sous Chef Jason was the blue team's Sous Chef, he said that he respected the former a lot. Before the Signature Dish Challenge, Marc said that his dish would be a Chicaronca, but it was changed due to the twist. He was paired up against Brittani, they were the second pair to play for their ingredients, and they received pork chop, asparagus, and quinoa. That pleased him as Puerto Ricans cooked pork like pros. During the cooking, he was confused about Kenneth 's early finished and asked if the latter were the Michael Jordan of challenges or if this would end poorly. Although Kenneth said he was confident, he hoped that the former put out a great dish. He was the final person from the blue team to have his dish judged by Ramsay and presented his butter-basted pork chop. It was praised for having a beautiful presentation, the fact that it looked juicy, and he said that he knew his pork due to being Puerto Rican. He scored a perfect five as well, the men won 28-27, and he knew he made a statement on the first day. The blue team was rewarded with dinner at Gordon Ramsay's Steak with Ramsay himself joining them and riding on the High Roller. During the reward, Marc sympathized with Ramsay after hearing his story as he grew up in the streets of the Bronx, his mother had him when she was 14 years old, and he called himself a fighter for trying to come up with cash. On the High Roller, he tried to give the men communication advice, and while Josh noted about his energy and felt he was trying to become the leader, the latter felt it was all talk. During the Creative Shrimp Challenge, Marc tried his best not to laugh at Kenneth's block of parmesan in his dish as the blue team could not fix stupid. He lost the challenge as his dish was not called as part of the top three in the blue team. During dinner service, Marc was on the appetizer station with Josh. When Drew was late on the lamb refire, he got pissed as cooking was not rocket science. After Drew and Peter were kicked out of the kitchen, he and Adam took over the meat station. Although they got the refires accepted, the rest of the blue team got kicked out after Cody served soggy fries. The blue team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, he agreed with Drew's accusations and told Peter that he was fucking them. He was not nominated for elimination.

    Episode 3

Back at the dorms, Marc declared that he would do whatever it took to get the men back on track after losing two members in one day. As the men reviewed the menu in their bedroom, he declared that they had to win the following day, but Declan retorted that they had to win every day. Annoyed by Declan's retort, he argued that he knew that, but the former accused him of suffering from a Napoleon complex, and Josh thought that he would pop open like a soda bottle. He declared his earlier decree as Declan felt a monkey was riding a bicycle inside his head. Before the Caesar Salad Challenge, Marc saw a statue next to Ramsay, which he deemed ugly as ass. He was seen bringing up one attempt, which was rejected for not having enough dressing or lettuce. The blue team lost the challenge 8-10, and they were punished by prepping and peeling Scotch quail eggs for Ramsay's Caesar salad dish as it would be featured in that night's service. He and Cody had twenty eggs peeled during the punishment, but he got annoyed by his teammates' slow pace as they needed to pick up the pace before trashing what he thought was a rejected egg. As he left the kitchen for a while, Sous Chef Jason saw the trashed eggs and demanded who did that as he reminded them they could still use them. Declan said that he was responsible for that, and Sous Chef Jason saw that he threw out multiple eggs that could have been used, making him angry as he felt the men dogged him. When he returned, Cody told him what happened, causing him to start making excuses, much to Declan's annoyance. During dinner service, Marc was on the meat station with Josh. When Cody struggled on scallops, he accused the former of putting the men in the weeds, and when Cody accidentally cooked two orders instead of one, he accused him of not knowing how to count. A pissed Ramsay had Cody call out the order to get it straight, and he was left aggravated at Cody's mistake. When Cody walked up a raw salmon, he told the former to own up to his mistakes and started to get riled up, with Declan trying to calm him down as he knew they could bounce back. The blue team won the service, and he felt that his energy was carrying the team.

    Episode 4

Back at the dorms, Marc and Josh hoped that Drew would come back soon after the latter left to the hospital. Before the Wedding Brunch Service Challenge, Marc got emotional seeing the wedding as it reminded him about his wife and that he was doing it for his family. He served as the blue team's expeditor. He was not seen much, except for getting pissed off as they were giving newlyweds hard-boiled eggs instead of poached eggs. The blue team lost the challenge, and as the men cleared down, Declan declared that he would take the lead of the blue kitchen from now on, but he snapped back at the former by reminding him about his overcooked egg. As he and Declan continued to argue, Peter and Cody tried to get them to stop, with the latter reminding them that they had couples watching them from the dining room. The blue team was punished by making 1600 cupcakes for the wedding couples. Back at the dorms, Marc declared that he was a natural leader and refused to take a back seat to anybody. Pulling Declan outside to the patio, he said that he refused to look up to him and take direction from him, but Declan claimed that he could only hear barking from his mouth and accused him of disrespecting him. Then, he told Adam to stop smoking. During the punishment, he and Josh looked at the latter's first batch, but to their dismay, Josh's first batch looked horrible due to a possible overmix on the batter. He was pissed that they had to restart from scratch, warning Josh that it was entering the levels of unforgiveness. Before dinner service, Ramsay announced that Drew would not be coming back after leaving for the hospital days ago, upsetting Marc as the men were dwindling quickly with the loss of Kenneth, Eliott, and now Drew. He welcomed Amber as a new teammate. During dinner service, he was on the garnish station. Ramsay was about to call out the blue team's order for Sous Chef Jason's VIP table, but he interrupted the former before he could say a word. Pissed by that, Ramsay lectured him not to talk over when he read out an order and asked him what was more important. He said that Sous Chef Jason's family was, but Declan accused him of being all talk and said he should either be a spokesman, a politician, or a car salesman instead of a chef. Afterwards, Ramsay called the order out properly, and Josh tried to calm him down. After Declan served a raw steak, he chuckled after recalling how the former wanted to be their leader. Both teams were named joint losers, and they were asked to nominate two each. During deliberation, Marc tried to talk with Declan, but the latter was in no mood for that and warned him to stay away. The red team told him not to provoke Declan any further, and later, Peter considered him and Declan for nomination due to their fighting and believed that the blue team would never gel with that going on, with Amber agreeing with that. Then, Cody compared him and Declan to two bulls clashing around and had no idea how the blue team will work with them around any longer. Marc was named the blue team's first nominee for elimination, with Peter as the second, and they joined Brittani and Syann from the red team. During his plea, he claimed he was here to win and tried his best to communicate with Peter but said that the fish station was a mess. However, Cody shook his head and told Ramsay that all he was hearing from him was finger-pointing. He survived elimination, and while being dismissed, he called it ridiculous to be nominated and warned the blue team that he was there till the end.
